there’s nothing one can do.

Warmed by her vapid kiss,
Earth flourishes in bliss.
Nate’s a moody lady--
can be sunny, shady.
Earth, solo, stands … ready;
to her alone he’s true .
She is bored; Earth is blue.

Mother infinity
creates eternity.
Her crown, jewel, is the sun.
Earth has wooed her and won
but some of what they’ve spun
needs TLC and you.
