Shore break...

...gotta have waves that break far out from shore...

Poem Artwork

Too close to shore,

The rollers do break,

Giving a ride too short,

Might as well surf on a lake…

 

Storm surf is what I desire,

Waves of eight to ten feet,

Those then are what I do require,

My long board & I find those rides quite neat…

 

Right now the ocean too cold,

Time to wear a wet suit,

Maybe I’m just getting a bit too old,

In a wet suit though, I gotta admit, I look extremely cute…J

More smiles that come to me, as said before you are priceless. You have a unique sense of humor, not too many can boast of that. It is so appreciated as is your poetry that brings me many smiles daily. I think I would like a wet suit, would hold in mother natures bulges where I need it! Beautiful picture as well :)
