HORSING AROUND ON YOUR BIRTHDAY

When horses get old,

They become pet food or glue.

Or they get put out to pasture,

When their best days are through.

But you’re not ready for the pasture,

You’re still fun to ride.

I love to saddle you up,

And spur your hind side.

We can go for a gallop.

We can go for a trot.

Once around the track,

Gets you good and hot.

You may be getting older,

And no longer a filly,

But the old gray mare,

Can still buck me silly.
