Some people like the sound of their own voice.
NON-STOP TALK Some people love to talk. They can go on and on and on. Their words continue to flow. Even when you start to yawn. They can babble, yak and blab. Their volume of words is stunning. While your eyes glaze over, everyone else nods their heads. They listen as you begin to nod to sleep. Most people don't understand the need to conserve words. Well done!

The news talk shoes on TV are good examples of this. There are times when they try and out talk one another that I could throw something through the TV. In fact, I prefer the TV turned off most of the time. Well stated again, Michael.

My sentiments exactly. I often tell my (female) students that they talk entire too much. There is no end of it, and they say so very little. John
