One for the geek squad. Where's tech support when you need it?

 THE GREAT COMPUTER RACE

The browsers were on their feet,

At the Keyboard Speedway.

The Great Computer Race was about to begin,

It was a beautiful racing day.

The computers started their search engines,

And downloaded a power pack.

With great resolution behind their firewalls,

The computers hit the track.

It was an obstacle course full of internets,

Where only those with the most RAM would thrive.

Between the twists and turns and cursors,

The speedway router was a very hard drive.

But every time you turned around,

Tech support lights were flashing.

The race was never finished,

Because the computers kept crashing.

I have a love/hate thing going on with computers and all of their drives and RAM!! Using it causes me stress. So, why do I keep going back? It's a trap!

Love ya!

I love the sound of computers crashing in the ethernet. You slipped in all the right words to make this one memorable. We all have experienced the frustration.

Whatever you do, if you get that friendly call from someone with a distinct East Indian accent telling you that your computer is compromised and needs fixing, hang up on them and don't give them the opportunity to get into your operating system or you will lose more than your computer in a crash. You will lose your shirt!

As helpful as those guys sound, they will gather as much information as they can to rob you blind.

Everyone's nightmare; may it never happen to me; but even if it does, I have everything back-up. Enjoyed this. John

Best to go to the real racetrack, rather than the computer ones, I wrote a story about Jesus at the race tracks, but I haven't finished it yet, hope to finish it soon, he wears a red helmet and white tunic, and his thunder bird drives as if on rails. Have a great Sunday Michael x
