Bad Habits

No New Year's resolutions here, I'm just acknowledging my faults. Happy New Year to all.

 BAD HABITS

I’m gross and disgusting,

With bad habits galore.

There’s too many to count,

I’m rotten to the core.

I’ll scratch myself in the front,

Then I’ll scratch my rear.

I’ll fart out loud in public,

Just to watch people disappear.

I’m a pig at the table.

I swallow with a slurp.

I’ll eat, drink, and eat,

And then belch and burp.

I’m a lazy slob.

I really hate to work.

I’ve been called an asshole.

And I’ve been called a jerk.

When it comes to women,

My true nature can’t be repressed.

It’s hard to look them in the eye,

When I’m staring at their chest.

Yes, I have bad habits,

But that’s according to plan.

I’m only gross and disgusting,

Because I’m a man!

Happy New Year Michael, I don;t agree with all of that but it is amusing and cute! I guess because I am a gentleman and all those things I do in private! (smile) I really appreciate your comment on my poetry, thank you and God bless! Peace!!!

Don't ya just love having all those bad habits but you missed at least one, like picking your nose in public, I find that to be the most disgusting & do it just to piss people off...:) -e-

Much truth is intertwined in this five-star poem about a man. Without constant correction from my better-half, I am as slobbering as she will allow me to be. I guess that's the cave man manners deep inside of me! Happy New Year Michael. Well done!

And I'm writing with you, man. Just wishing that I could write this funny about it as you can.
