No End to Cats

I wrote this thing but don’t ask me how,
It’s nothing close to the cat’s meow,

But it is a fact there’s more to cat than just the nine known lives,
So I’m gonna tell you some of them and I’ll just Cat-a gor-rize,

There’s jumping from the kitchen cabinets , one would call a vault,
But in the text of my hairy friend, it’s called a cat-a-pult,

A ton of names were given , at least that it would seem,
Would you believe that a cat-a-lytic is one that likes ice cream,

The one that out raced the dogs, I thought was really grand,
The marathon was the greatest , he was known as cat-a ma-ran,

Some cat tails are enjoyable, maybe there’s a short one you can get
With them damn ol’ rockin chairs they’re a cat-a-stropic threat,

Then there’s Cat-a-dromous. He’s predicted cat-a-r-rhining
I think he’s full of Cat-a-falque and been Cat-a bolizing,

Yep, there was a cowboy, a Cat-tel-man he was,
But a case of Cat-a-phoresis had him Cat-echin like it does,

He discovered it was his Cat-a-mount with a swarm of Cat-a-mites,
He treated it with a jug of 90 proof old Bourbon Cat-a-bolite,

Then rode off singing give me a home where the Cat-a-loes roam,
But he was Cat-a-leptic and knew they were already home,

With a Hi Yo Cat-a lyzer and his bird eating Buddy Cat-a- naries
He Cat-a -combed his way to the local Cat-a –plexy Cat-teries,

Bad mistake, not a Cat-tery place but a Cat house he realized ,
And here ensued a problem he was gonna be Cat-a –phorized,

And thrown in a cat-acalsym for a Cat-a- loguing ,
Didn’t wanna Cat-ch anything that might end his cat-a- lizing,

So here you go, it’s time to stow this Cat –a- clysmic thing,
I came to the edge of a Cat-a-ract and finally ran outta string,

Yes there is an ending but it ain’t so nice,
It’s called Cat-a-Gory, remains of the three blind mice!


Think I need a Cat nap or maybe a little Cat nip after this here struggle,
Better yet , leave the bottle, I’ll probably need a double !
