This is the amazing Humber Valley in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. I took this photo on the weekend Oct/10. If you haven't seen it .... you should!

Majestic peaks aflame with autumn’s fire!
The fresh scent of dry leaves suspended in the air.
A breathtaking masterpiece, a splendid sample,
Of nature’s superbly ingenious flair!
Heart soaring with mesmerized wonder,
I am humbled by my insignificant worth!
For these mountains clad in autumn’s radiant bloom,
Will outlast every person on earth!

I remember the scenic view of the 90 miles between Argentcia to St.Johns and it was breathtaking. Thanks for sharing this writing and picture.

Shame on you. You are magnificent to the nth. Nature has many such magnificent sights in this old world. Humber Valley in Corner Brook, Newfoundland is one of them, Annabel Sheila is another.

My mother, God bless her, was born and raised in Humber Mouth, and I had the pleasure of docking in their a few times when I was a sailor with the Coast Guard. It is indeed a beutiful place and your words to it justice.
