Limericks II
 
There was a young lady named Jill
She once did not take her pill
Jack started to shout
Began pacing about
Then he built Jill a house on the hill
 
There was a young fellow named Jack
He carried a pack on his back
In the pack he carried
The girl he’d married
On a hill he built Jill a shack
 
I once met a gal named Mary
Her legs were muscled and hairy
She went into town
Bought a wedding gown
I ran off and did not tarry
 
There once was a man from the ridge
He wanted to jump off a bridge
He was sleepwalking
I did some sweet talking
He woke up and went to the fridge
 
There once was a lady named June
She always sang out of tune
She joined a choir
Things got most dire
Every dog now bayed at the moon
 
I had an employee named Manny
He worked a lot less than Granny
He just watched the clock
He had quite a shock
When Granny tossed him out on his fanny
 
There once was a fellow named Sam
He lived on top of a dam
He went over the side
Went for quite a ride
He wound up in South Vietnam
 
I met a young lady from York
She said she was married to Mork
I thought she was Mindy
She said, I am Cindy
Mindy left Mork because he’s a dork
