In these difficult times, a little humor can go a long way in helping us cope. I hope you enjoy my take on this pandemic. And i do hope everyone is ok and stays healthy.
CORONA CORONA Corona Corona, What have you done? Our party’s all over, Before it’s begun. We’re keeping our distance, And spending time alone. With this new normal, We’re in the Twilight Zone. People hoarding toilet paper, How rude and crass. Meanwhile I’m down to using newsprint, To wipe my shitty ass. I’m taking Lysol showers. I’m bathing in bleach. I'm taking every precaution, To keep this virus out of reach. They say frequent hand washing, Is the most important thing to do. But I've washed my hands so often, there's bone showing through. I’m not touching my face, Or rubbing my eyes. I’ve been Purelled so much, I’m super sanitized. Corona Corona, May your tap run out of fear. I liked you so much better, When you were just a beer. Funny, now the people who had hoarded the hand sanitizer and the toilet paper trying to return the items but were refused. They didn't see that coming, didn't they? Wait 'til they try to pay the visa bills and found out the government is only giving them $1200.00/mth stimulus check, which they expect them to pay rent/mortgage, pay bills, buy gas, and put food on the table! Yup! Those people who hoarded everything didn't see this coming and now they have to pay interest on their visa bills for the toilet paper and hand sanitizer.

I wonder how Corona beer is doing. Idiots probably think that it's somehow related to the virus. Thanks for coping my title. I enjoy it when you do that.

A lot of nice innuendo and into this one. Very creative and lighthearted and a time like this.

Thanks, Michael. You are so right. A little humor does go a long way. After watch the news everyday with panic rising into my throat with all the horrible details, I was able to relax and simply laugh at your melodic poke at this terrible virus. May it disappear back into the beer.
