Got the blues? Well, the first thing you gotta do is turn off the news? Have you ever heard of good news? Of course, there's some but it's tucked in between fires, droughts, earthquakes, gossip, murders, and other moments of disaster, personal and otherwise. So I suggest that you turn off the news for starters. Then try some music that really turns you on, and if you're not in a wheelchair... Dance, sing, spin, run, and shout out anything, even obscenties like: The f....with this sh.t kicking world! I'm here and I'm gonna make the best out of what's left of this insane life of mine.
Had a lot of personal tragedy? Who hasn't? You gotta get up...You heard the bell and the ref is counting you out...gotta get up cause there's a fight to fight and you can't win it lying down. Be a dynamo of madness, be the hero of your life, no matter how many times life knocks you down or out, just keep going. Wanna know why? Because this is all we've got - this ocean of madness and despair will eventually turn into a beautiful sea, reflecting the sky of heaven, the sun of eternity, and the bliss of union with the ultimate reality... Believe me I've gone dark and I've gone light, and light is better. So take the journey...It'll refresh your spirit, and the gates will open and your heart will be free?
Just keep punching and kicking...What else can you do while you're waiting for the storm to end?
