Could this be a novel? In reviewing my latest entries of taxi cab confessions: new york city, I have decided that I could easily come up with a novel based around my many bizarre experiences driving a hack. I wrote a screenplay about it in the late nineties, but no one had the vision to see that Martin Scorsese' classic was not the last word on this timeless subject. I myself auditioned for Taxi Cab Confessions (yes HBO's hit series) but one of the two brothers did not want to go with me. Of course, this information I received through my most active dream life.
I did get a call back but found their promting me to ask questions about sex through an earphone was uncomfortable. Perhaps they picked this up I don't know.
Later on in my cab life I did get to drive Robert DiNiro twice. He is a wonderful gentleman and a great tipper. And Martin Scorsese, also a passenger, was perhaps one of the most brilliant men I've ever driven. I wish them both a long and happy life.
