Natural Gas has risen in November from $.85 in March to $7.22 per unit, and is expected by one estimate to $13 per unit. A rise to $9 per unit will mean no growth in the American economy in Q4 2003, unless there is an increase in Christmas Season 2003 of more than 12%, over the Sales of Christmas Season 2002. A rise to $13 per estimate unit will mean no growth in Q1 of 2004. Bush cannot take action against the Natural Gas industry, as they are an elemental part of his political base. His own political Supporters are going to defeat him in the 2004 Election. lgl
