third sequel to Library of Bones 8/29/2003 1:17:10 AM
...details on new story.....
I got a review from someone who is a bit of a bastard where I know I cannot please everyone, but I just wish that termites like that don't ruin it for those who might like the story. But no matter -- the new short is written and this is the seventh story in 6 years that I included the poetic interludes. The new one is titled Lake of Flames. I am doing the post of this one here in the blog as a link because it would give the readers here something to go over there to read. It is a follow up to both Library of Bones and to Places of the Cold. And to Ed, the one who calls my work unreadable -- f*** him, he could have Poppy Z. Brite. But for those who read Stephen King -- this is one that I say it is Stephen King if he colaborated with Edgar Allen Poe. This is the first time I wrote a story as part of a trilogy and the last installament of the trilogy I did not cuss. It came about from a correspondence I had with a person who knew a woman I went to high school with.
In that note, I had been working on the community journal which I had done some with the modications -- sort of has a new vampire theme going for itself. I will use that community to get Hasan Abood's work out there as well as other writers I had read and own books of -- Ronald Dondiego's book is one of the tightest horror short story collections I read so far so go pick up "The Face and Other Fantastic Tales." As I speak, Hasan is working on a sequel for a short story titled Thir13en. I did some updating as of recently to the deadjournal where I blown the dust off some of my old photography of a plus sized model who've known of some of my photography -- and this photo at the far left was from the varied photos I did before I hurt my back in October. This was one I almost forgot all about, and this would be one I am using on my profile found on FictionPress.com.
Also would be posting more on the updates to Writings From The Grave as well which I did within the past few days so give that site a look around. I did a new look to the header which I will change every now and then, and Scary Lady Sarah would not even recognize the place by the time she gets back from her big gigs. I wish her the safest of arrivals where she goes.
