I was reading this guys short stories on House of Pain.com and his official site. One thing about writers from Illinois, we know our roots and know when to give homage to a master of this genre. Blood to Burn is a story that I read of Steven's and I was thinking -- "Damn, this is a God of horror in the working here." I recommended his work to a reader of mine. This writer is the 815 area's best kept secret. I sent him a preview of my new psychological vampire story -- Halloween Girl and sent him along a story written by one of my followers. The story that I have to link up that is written by someone who reads my work on the FictionPress catalog is named Alan Gill, I sent Steven this story via email; titled Crimson.
