One thing I cannot stand is having writer's block. I am hoping something will come to me before I know it -- I want to write a short story that is an exclusive to Bloop Watch because he gave me some good press and gave me some readers from his site. I am just curions of how many people who read the poetry on here actually go over to the short stories that I write. I write short stories because it provides more of a challenge as far as the writing goes. It is a sad thing that there are too many horror trends falling in the line of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." I opted to write what I did because living around Wheaton College there could be more weight to a writer who wrote darker than anything that is out there now. I learned of the Cthulhu Mythos workshop Called Outside Looking Out -- I am glad someone from AuthorsDen put this together. The website I found which is looking for pulp era authors is called www.darkwisdom.com, this is something I am wanting to submit my work into because they are looking for stories that are up to 6 pages typed -- hell, something about this site really appeals to me.
