Sunday Shore...

Recharged my spirit today a bit...

Bright blue skies

Wispy clouds

A slight breeze

The ocean but 60 degree’s…

 

So many swam to avoid the heat

I enjoyed to watch, just soaking my feet

The tide was at dead low

Got a bit of a burn, tomorrow will feel woe…

 

A boat ran aground on a sandbar

Watched the stupidity of the owner from afar

Needed did he two feet below the keel

Only had one, bet the owner felt it quite surreal…

 

The larger winter gulls were still in residence

Still atop the dunes was the winter snow fence

The lifeguards were on duty till six

The ocean was quite busy with surfer dudes & chicks…

Oh lill'brother! that's like the beach I was romping by in Mallorca, but the sea water there was kissing the 90 degrees.
A lot of they wind surfing though, you needed to watch out or get your head chopped off by one of those young delinquents boards.

Peace comes from nearby oceans. I live for time when I can get to ocean again to leave my troubles behind for a while. Love to stick my feet in the waves too. Love to watch the swimmers too and the little children enjoying themselves without a care. At school reunion we were reminiscing about how we had no bills, a good home, no problems when in school as we have nowadays. Just a thought to tell you.

This is a beautiful setting and picture that you displayed.Going to that environment would recharged anybody's soul.Sometimes during the weekend,I would go to this place which is a waterfront park that is refreshing where I can see views of the Brooklyn Bridge,City skyline,hearing the water crash onto the rocks.I'm always at peace whenever I would go at that setting
