We all have them from time to time.
A BAD DAY Have you ever had, A really bad day, When nothing goes right, Or goes your way? When your first mistake, Was getting out of bed, And try as you might, You can’t get ahead. When it’s like a nightmare, Except you’re wide awake. And try as you may You can’t get a break. I’ve had one of those days, Things better left unsaid. That’s it for me, I’m going back to bed. I should've done that today. As soon as I noticed I was in Facebook Jail yet again, I should've run back to bed. Things just got worse. The bed beckons to me.

Perfectly said.
You read my head.

Well done Michael! A great poetic TRUTH here. For we all have bad days but we hope those days are few. I had jobs where my bosses were mean and so my bad days were much too frequent. I could not fire my boss, so what could I do? Thank God those were not long periods of time or else most of my life would be very sad. Now that I am surrounded with folks that really care so the good days definitely outweighs the bad.
