fall into the gap

I had a few weeks there where I was just having no fun, health-wise. Nothing major, but the minor stuff had conspired to make me miserable. Acid reflux and migraines, taking turns being triggered by whatever.

Anyway, I did get a few things done. I sold a pair of articles on editing poetry to Star*Line, wrote a few poems by email with Marge Simon, and wrote my first 1,000+ word story in a while ("Jimmy the Box").

I got a few submissions out again, but it never seems to be enough. There are hundreds of older poems and dozens of stories which have still never been seen anaywhere. Not a bad problem to have, I guess. But sending out lots of emails is not the interesting part. Creating is.

I also have to remember to send out more paper submissions to the bigger markets, but it just seems so archaic.
