Holiday Tour On the road for the holiday - what a wonderful time to bond with humanity, mired in traffic because it seems that everybody thinks like I do - beat the traffic and leave a day early - WRONG! Travel the back roads - WRONG! I wonder if flying is any better. Makes me wonder if the trek is more like a sentance to the gulag!
But as for ipressions, Napoleon is still alive, but he is relegated to the ice rinks. And there was Stalin as well, threatening to bench his players for not scoring (couldn't use the threat of sending the player to Siberia since the rink was clearly much colder than Siberia could ever be). I cannot, though, leave myself out of the fray - I planned on being as congenial as I could, and focus soley on my players progress, but byt he middle of the third frustrating game, I find myself sniping at the refs with cynical comments, sniping at the other coaches because of their arrogance (or pride in his team which I misread), and at the clock keeper who could not make seconds any shorter.
