Stay the course or make the turn? Crossroads provide an opportunity to make a decision about direction - clearly the most challenging of everything I can do. At the crossroad, a decision needs to be made to stay the course and risk continued mundane sameness with the hope that something different awaits (or doesn't!) over the knoll or slow for a moment and take the turn. The adventure of possibly becoming lost for lack of landmark or forgetting from where you started will fester as growing anxiety or spurt as blossoming excitement. The risk of making that change sparks the sentiment again. But even before the crossroad, preparation should be made to decide if the decision to take the cross road is needed, since the indecision at the time of the cross road will lead to the decision to stay the course.
So, are we in a crossroad or in a continual circle of decisions, and save decisons, will continue to ramble on, lacking direction? So is the world flat or round?
