Working on the next edition of Telmeni's family . . .
Struggling with which way to go, which fork on the road to take, I spent some time talking with a friend about the dilema that seems to be creating a block. Should I start one, or the other, or drop the idea altogether and move to something else? It became clear that it makes sense that if the next one follows Telmenu Saimnieks, and the next one is merely a sliver from the original unpolished epic that lay in the hundred or so folders and files, then why not do both. Start chronologically, and when the start of the second followup comes, start the second. So I can get two done in the same time I would be able to get one done. And that actually feels better.
My friend doesn't write, but he always seems to have a story about someone who does. But I wanted to say, he has been of great assistance. Thank you - you know who you are!
