Last weekend went out for dinner and a movie. A cause for celebration? It was the tenth anniverary of our wedding day.

When we arrived, the restaurant was full. So we ate takeaway. The food was a type that should have been called "Throwaway" not takeaway.

The Movie? Well I am generaly predisposed to watching just about anything, but this was awful. As Juanita said afterwards, " We paid money to see this so I'm staying to the last."

Actualy I did get a sleep halfway through so that was a bonus. I am afraid the money spent making Troy, would have been better used elsewhere. Haven't seen so much ham since working on a Pig farm when I was a Boy. Maybe we should have waited to see Shrek ll.

Planning a trip to Sydney in June. Need to see the Grand Kids. Have to save up for it though, and hope that Petrol prices don't go up again. It's only a Thousand Kilomtres away. Already found a place to stop halfway. Ebay friends who live about halfway down. It's hard when one can only afford to see them every two years.

I'm feeling that I'm getting too old for this. But then I'm the only one in the family who has a License to Drive. Flying is too expensive, besides if anything goes wrong? Then it's a long way down.

Not worried about terrorism, Figure the Guy's got world in a grip of fear as it is. I do not subscribe to the idea that i should live my life afraid

Someone once told me that a Blog should something deep and meaningful. An expression of deep inner thought. Nah! I've got my Poetry for that. I like to be frivolous at times.
