I haven't blogged in a while. I find myself so busy with this and that and have little time left. I struck out with Harlequin romance books. I don't really know what it is they're looking for. Was quite severely disappointed over that. Rejection slips have a way of making you feel quite inadequate and most unwanted. So I have been looking into self-publishing but dad gum it, it is quite costly. I really don't want to be the one to dole out the dough for my own book. I have to weigh the pros and cons of it all, but it is a tough decision to make...as well as it's hard to find just the right kind of place. I just don't want to get cheated. I have submitted both book 3 and book 4 to my old stand by Publish America, but I grow quite weary of waiting on them. I submitted book 3 wayyyyyyyyy back in May of this year. My patience wears thin. Also, I have a limited time that I can spend on the computer. I have caregiver duties to tend to...I have 3 cats now! My baby cat is named Cody Cooter...ain't that cute and a hoot? He's such a sweet little baby cat. But he is like a human child. He is messy and I have to clean up after him, feed him, clean up after him, cuddle with him, clean up after him....you know. So that's why I haven't blogged in soooooooooooo long.
