Old Photos Stir Up Nostalgia
9/21/2004 1:55:26 PM

When I was a kid but yesterday....
Man, going through old photographs can be hard. I was flipping through old albums and other stuff while looking for photos to send to my dear Auntie Irene. She was wondering what some family members look like now since we haven't seen her in eons. I just got such a weird feeling when looking at my childhood pixs. I had such hopes and dreams as a little girl. Not many of those hopes and dreams have happened. And when I think about it, I feel like the biggest loser in this world.

The things I refer to is marriage and having children. It seems nobody wanted me for a wife...still don't. I have never met anyone truly significant and who would make a difference in my life. So that means no children. I am financially unable to adopt. I don't have the money for the artificial insemenation thing. I guess my cats will just have to pass for my children. I love them as though they were. Annie Jo and Amber Autumn. They even have children's names. I've had other "children" in the past. There was Topaz, Tuffy, Punkin, Chachi, Teddy, Dewey, Dinky, Fuzzy Wuzzy, Thomasina...geez, I think I could go on and on. And when those little creatures left this earth, I grieved over them and still do. They were my children. They always will be.
