Blogs by Linda Law Featured Authors on AD - Are you one? 10/30/2008 8:42:03 PMFor months I've wondered how the process works...Realize that we don't "sell" books, so the featured spot is more of an "ego" thing to some extent ?? yet...we do pay for some of these "privileges"....or so I'm told. What do you think? It's late; I'm in a new city, and borrowing a computer...had asked a "featured author" question on Roundtable, and rec'd a couple rsponses..so decided to "try" one. I went to the home page, found the "featured author" and clicked "view another"..... Well, have any of you done this before? Surely you have tons of time to waste on such a silly project...right? Well...this wannabefamous author decided to check it out, and guess what I found? Right....it's very flawed. Okay... I would like to congratulate the following for being so very lucky...or extra talented...because...you were featured several times... I "clicked 147 times"...don't laugh...because actually...unless your name is on this list...and you are paying for a Gold or better membership...then...well... I just don't know!!
