Meet my hero 8/7/2006 5:04:33 AM
An introduction to my nusband This is the second time today that I'm going to attempt to post this. See this is the thing that make me not blog very often. LOL. Okay, I'm older and stuck in my ways. That's a given. I attempted earlier today to tell you about my husband and clicked on something that was supposed to help. I thought it was going to check the spelling. What it did was take away what I'd written and I couldn't figure out a way to get it back. So now I'm going to give you a short version and perhaps later I'll come back and give more details.
My husband's name is William (Bill) I call him Bay you know like in baby. We've been married 36 years and yes, there are true life heros. Bill has actually saved my life. I'll tell you about that later.
Right now I'm just going to tell you about him. He's 5'9" 190 lbs with the most wonderfully mischevious smile and beautiful eyes with the longest blackest eyelashes you could ever imagaine. He's the nicest one in this marriage. His weakness? Me. He loves me unconditionally. His hot button. Our son. Yes, Our son is a full grown adult but if you want to get Bill mad mess with his son.
Bill's smart, sexy, very very handsone, and funny. He makes me laugh each and every day. I always tell him he should have been a comic.
My mother loved him and he loved her. When my mother was dying of cancer and living with us Bill was right there pitching in helping in her care, from changing the bed to whatever needed doing. Some people thought this was remarkabale, it was just a part of our relationship. When I say he has my back it's not just words.
Way back when we were young and so was our son we talked like many parents do about what would happen to our son if something should haappen to us. He always wanted my mother to take care of Billy if that should happen. He knew my mother would love him the way we would have. That's says a lot for my husband's relationship with my mother. Most of our family live in the Chicago area. That's all I'm saying on that subject.
After all these years of marriage Bill still has the ability to make me feel like that naughty sixteen year old that I was when we first met.
If I thought I was as special as Bill thinks I am, my God my head would explode. But I have to confess, I know he's pretty darn special. I wish a Bay in each of your lives.
