Good morning everyone,
Life is good and all is well. Well let's put it like this do you really want to hear about anymore complainants this morning? No! So okay let's start with that. Life is good.
I found out over the weekend that My March 08 book will be coming out in Nov. So I guess that means that I need to post an excerpt. Oh I forgot the title is, Another Man's Baby. In a week or so my Oct release will hit the shelf, Many Shades of Gray. I've had readers telling me that it's out in some places already.
The bad thing about that is that numbers are counted on a book by the way it sells in the first week. If no one knows the book is on sale because it's out before it should be then it just goes to show that the numbers will be not so good. But since I can't do a darn thing about any of that I just go oh well. And I thank God that the book is out.
I guess I'm going to try and make a book trailer for Another Man's Baby but the cover is going to be changed so I'll wait a few days. Hmmm maybe I'll start on it and then just add the cover in after I get it. Good idea right?
I drove an hour and a half on Sat. to Hyde Park to the Borders for a book signing. When I got there, no books. I have apologized on Amazon because I was emailed that the store told customers the signing was postponed. I wished they had told them straight out that I was there and the books weren't. Now that I think of it if either of us had thought about it I could have just stayed there and met anyone that came. Good ideas always come too late right?
ON Sunday I did a radio interview. It was fun being the on the other end of the interview.
Eventually I will be posting a video (short one) of my interview with L.A. Banks.
You'd think this stuff would be easy and quick to do right? Wrong. It all takes time and mostly I don't know how to do it. Now let's add to to fact that I'm always having a deadline to meet.
Someone posted something today that they were allergic to housework and needed a month's notice before she had visitors. I loved it and plan on using it. Truthfully I don't have time for housework. Okay, I'm not very fond of it either. I love a clean house. I just want someone else to clean it and no one will.
