Good morning,
Life as we all know it will keeps going. Sometimes I find myself so busy that I just want to take a couple of days and stay int he bed with Bill and do nothing but what we want to do. I don't want the phone to ring, I don't want to answer email and I don't want anyone coming to my door.
Then like yesterday, I get a nice check in the mail that can actually take care of some things that need taking care of and I immediately thank God for my being busy. I realized that I am finally beginning to have extra money. This has taken a lot of years and at times I was sorely tempted to return to nursing and a regular paycheck. Add to the fact that Bill's retired and you kind of know what I mean. It's been watching the spending. To Be honest we were never just spend for spend sake or rather I wasn't. Bill does spend a bit more than I do on computer junk. In the past few months alone he's spend enough money upgrading that we more than likely could have bought two new computers.LOL.
Oh where was I? I got off track didn't I. If I want us to have extra money to spend then I suppose I must keep working and stay busy. I'm thinking that was part of the deal I made with Bill when he told me to quit working and write. But now that I think of it I didn't really quit working. I just exchanged one job for another. But guess what I wouldn't have it any other way.
I know that I have been supremely blessed in this life. You're probably ready to about vomit if I mention Bill again but....sorry that's too bad. Bill is definitely my other half and I can't mention too much about my life without mentioning him. That's just the way it is.
Back to the busy part. If you get a chance check out my website for Adam. Yes, a character has his own website. On my birthday, Sept. 1st I bought him that cross that you will see on his site. if you haven't checked out my new site please stop by and sign my guest book. It has a cleaned up professional look. I added a fun page so I can junk it up. But I see that Brenda did something with the boundaries so that I can't just be as junky as I might be otherwise but I'll do my best. Right now I'm trying to make a flip book on the flip book site and don't have it down just yet.
