Thank God it's over--tax season that is. I'm free until next January. I don't think I'll be doing taxes next year. I put in 30 hours between monday night at 7 until wednesday afternoon at 1pm. It was a grulling experience. I worked overnight monday and tuesday and then had to stay until wednesday afternoon because I couldn't leave only one preparer in the office by herself. Since I'm an independent contractor, I didn't get paid an hourly wage so for me it was like making 1.50 an hour. that will not happen again I promise.
On a lighter note, I need some advice. My cat is about to drop her litter. no big deal right? Wrong!! I've never had a litter before. I don't have any idea what to do to help her. And I know the time is near because she eats constantly and can't lay in one place for more than ten minutes because she gets uncomfortableand has to find a different position. I can actually see the kittens kicking at times.
Bootsy was a semi wild cat that I rescued. She is so smart and lovable. She loves the camera. I ran a whole roll of film on her today. She learned to sit up and beg for treats and to come on command. She also learned to sit on command.
when I get the pix developed I'll post them with my poems so everyone can see this beautiful little animal that has graced my life.
I start looking for a new job on may first. I need the vacation.
I'm going to close now, it's 4:17 and I'm starting to have trouble with coordination between brain and fingers.
