Hi Everyone,
I know it's been a while since I've written, but I have a good excuse. My Bible as Literature class was a bear. We covered Genesis, Exodus, Eccl, Judges, Kings, Jerimian, Isaih, Ezekiel, Maccabees, Judith, Ruth, Lamintation, Proverbs, Psalms, Song of Songs, Job, Matt, Mark, Luke, John, Act, and most of the Epitles. the hard part is we did it in 6 week and had both a final exam and a term paper. All together I had to read almost 2000 pages in six weeks.
I got an A, so my gpa is 4.00.
And while all that was going on I was trying to get my second poetry book edited. I finished that this morning at 3:30.
I have two more weeks before the Fall Semester starts and I take my first graduate classes. The first one is Principles and Problems in Literary Study. It has 8, yes I said *8* books. that should be a hum dinger. I have one advantage. It's taught by the same professor I just had class with so I know what he expects and how he grades. It will make the class easier.
Other than school and writing my life is very dull.
I did buy a car, so I don't have to spend 2 hours on a bus each way any more. That's a real blessing because yesterday it was 90 degrees at 9AM.
I'm sorry to say I have to go now. I have a md appt to get to. See you later.
