Info Concerning Those Interested 1/7/2008 11:28:34 AM
Okey dokey. After I write this blog, I really should start packing. Tomorrow night I leave for Florida for four months, and I haven't so much as decided what shirts to bring. Not that it will take me long; I am a guy after all. Basically its 'throw a bunch of shite into this funky little deal of wheels and just check once or twice to make sure I've got the essentials.' And then: 'Essentials? What mean essentials?'
I'm actually a very 'be prepared' kind of guy, and so even though I haven't started packing yet, I know that I'll be mostly done today, with last minute stuff like my pillow to add tomorrow. And now for a bit of personal news - I am working on changing my website a little so as to included info on all my books. One so far, I know, but as Madeline City's publication will set me back some two grand, I'm hardly going to be wanting to pay for an entirely seperate second website. Therefore, I will be slowly changing my Branchwater website (www.humansandmantliks.com) to an 'Official Steven Maus' website over an extended period of time, this change finallly culminating in the changing of the domain name (a domain name that I have yet to purchase) to something along the lines of stevenmaus.com.
Speaking of Madeline City, it is almost complete, save for a last round of editing and a final readthrough after that. I'll put the first chapter on my website when it's ready, and I will be working to publicize it before it's publication, applying all the knowledge that I've garnered from Branchwater's (admittedly limited) publicity campaign.
Well, that's it for me. Please feel free to message me, text me, all that good stuff while I'm gone. I'll try my best to blog every two weeks or so, as I do now, and to send the occasional mass text concerning matters of importance or general interest. And now, to packing!
