Hey there!
I'm busy today watching my grandson! He is so cute. My daughter had a job interview. Getting work is so hard these days you practically have to say yes to the first offer you get.
I can remember job interviews. I hated them! I would always and I mean always get a panic attack. I remember one really bad one I had on the way to one and I was on a frontage road that had this one spot that I hated to drive through. There were no side streets or any emergency lanes to pull off from. So through the zone I go and BAM panic! So bad I had to pull over by going over these concrete bumps to prevent people from going through. I got off the road crookedly and jumped out of my car and threw off my shoes and sat on the curb crying. Breathing hard, hyperventilating. After I began to calm down, I just could only laugh at myself. Good grief!! What a crazy existence. I went to the interview and it went badly...no job for me.
Take heart everyone...I had not done what I needed to do to succeed. No phone with me...no person driving me..no water...Silly me.
I've learned so much since then about taking care of me... You know preparing in advance, treadmilling to quell anxiousness, stress relief tea, ect.
And these things don't always work for me. But I always try. Nothing happens in my life if I don't try.
