Interesting...
12/27/2004 5:33:06 AM

this new trend of my erotic verse...exploring it...
I wrote an erotic piece the other day and posted it here...and...I felt better. Perhaps I need to let that side of me out to play a bit, certainly being cooped up out of a chivalrous need to await the final dispensation of the all-singing-all dancing crap of the universe Missisippi legal system (yeah, no fault is easier than telling the truth, eh? and we wonder why our children lie? we teach them it)

Now, I shall take advantage of the week between Christmas and New Years and compose and post, each day, a new erotic work here on AD.

I never do anything for a single purpose. Never. The curse of intellect, I suppose, or the damnation of sentience.

I do this because (the first few reasons that come to mind) it makes me feel better...having had no outlet for my erotic side with the implosion of my marriage (to be honest, it is tough when you are feeling bored and betrayed to get really amped up), I enjoy the reactions it gets (yes, ladies, I like it when you suddenly squeal and want to know what I am doing later), it opens up the possibility of attracting the attention of someone...interesting (literate women with sixth-gear sexdrives are an addiction I have, of late, denied myself), it draws in new readers for my other works (and buyers for my books, and potential bookers for my readings) and it is at least a creative outlet (that, and the cathertic release at least keeps me in better control of myself when temptation rears its not-so-ugly head.

I look forward to the next few days, to see whom I hear from, which ones get what sort of reaction, what impact this has on book sales and web hits and subscribers to my newsletter and trackers on AD.
