Mormons? What are they all about? Do even the people who ARE Mormons know what their religion is based on; how it began?
There is a story that says the Mormons came to America from France as the Cathars. There is another story that says they are the continuation of the Merovingian Dynasty. Joseph Smith himself claimed direct descent from Jesus. It is a precept of the Mormorn religion that Jesus married Mary Magdalene and had children. The Mormons even say that GOD had a wife. A lot of the Mormon beliefs are not known by the lesser members of the Church. Only those in the highest positions are supposed to know all of the secrets of Joseph Smith and his founding of this religious sect. Smith made a lot of prophecies about the end of the world as we know it. He said that there would be a conflagration in the US and that the people worth saving would run to the mountains in Utah,Nev., Montanna, Wyoming and become one with the Mormon people. That would be what would save them from destruction. He prophesied that the next battle would be on our own shores, brother against brother as in the Civil War, State against State and City against City.
Smith also said that the Mormons would unite the world under one ruler. Could he have been talking about the New World Order? Is this something we should be worrying about since Mitt Romney has decided he wants to be President? Do you suppose he has a hidden agenda that we have no knowledge of? Should we be reading up on the Mormons? There are books and websites out there filled with information that scares the heck out of me. What do you guys think?
