today was a very long and emotionally draining day for us. esa did get the final injection. the doctor said that it would be best. so she is really not doing too well right now. please pray for her. it is only day two, and she already has fever. she cried all day, and she just wanted to be held. which isnt a bad thing, but it is not who she is. i just cant wait till sunday. by then the chemo will be done, and she will be on her way to recovery. her eye is swollen even more than the past two times so i wonder if it will take more than 8 weeks to heal. i just hope and pray that these injections dont make her lose any more vision. i hope that it heals just as good as it did last time. our doctor told us that she will start to be seen every 3 weeks for eye exams, so they can keep a real close eye on everything now that nothing is fighting against new growth. he said that there was no disease progression this time, so that was good news. we hope that her eyes will stay stable from now on. it is going to be a long few days ahead of us, so please keep us in your prayers.
