Esa has received another good report.  Everything is stable.  What wonderful news this is!   Thank you for praying for her!!!

Another little one, Hannah South, also received a good report today.  Hannah is 2 years old.  Her mother writes that Hannah's brother Jeremiah has to have an eye examination now.  They check him periodically.  I think he's 4, but I'm not sure.  Anyway, this is what Connie South wrote, as a part of her update:

"I ask that you remember Jeremiah in prayer tomorrow as he has his eyes checked, it always scares him so badly. Remember us as we fly home tomorrow night.

I ask that everyone please remember Mari Mason Hubbard and her family in prayer. I found out this morning that one of her eyes will have to be removed. She is just a baby and I know that her family must be devastated over this news. Whenever you pray, lift her name up to Jesus."

What a heartache that must be!  I have learned a lot since Esa was diagnosed, and Blair began posting news about her progress.  I mean, a lot about the little ones who are suffering, who are being treated at St. Jude Hospital.  It seems that the families become close to each other, and they care so much about each other's needs and hurts.  It reminds me of what it says in the Bible, "Bear one another's burdens."    

Jesus loves the little children, and it must make Him happy when we pray for them.
