Thoughts from the new movie... After viewing the movie, God's Not Dead, last night, I've come to realize that God, my Father, has me right where He wants me to be. It may not feel good, but I am where I'm supposed to be. It may even be a little hard to swallow, but I am where He wants me. After all, I lost the love of my life, suddenly along and about this time last year.
Just like I did not like what happened to the college professor at the end of the movie, so I did not like what happened to my husband last year. The movie reminded me that the transition from life to eternity is in God's timing...not mine. If He leads me to it, He will certainly walk me through it.
And He has...many blessings He has bestowed in my life over this past year. Mere words cannot describe the deep love and gratitude that overflows from within my heart. God is good all the time...and...All the time God is good!
