Speaking of Survival...

My girls had to get their survival instincts from Eagle Scout Dad, because no one ever gets my name right. Of course maybe I have learned to survive because I answer to any or all of the following: Ron-Ron, Vern, Vicky, Virginia. Someone called me Annette once; no clue to where that one came from.
Called Hubby yesterday, telling him how I couldn't vote. His boss goes, "Hey it's Vern on the phone". Vern came from hubby's friends, believing Veronica was too long, and I hate going by Roni. When Hubby told his boss of this nickname; it stuck.
Hubby went to the school, after work, and he said there was a note on the door, informing everyone where the polls were. It had a yahoo map, and he tried to find the place but couldn't. Came home around 6:30 and wanted to stick the girls in the car to look again. I said, "no way". The Little One also discovered the computer yesterday, and pulling her away from the game she was on, at bedtime, was bad enough.
4 people, 1 computer. I guess will find out who's the fittest soon enough.
