1st day of summer break, and my girls are in pajamas.
So Go-Go was in her room, wanting peace and quiet, and the Little One was set up to play clay guy on the computer. Mom thought, y'ay no school I can take a nice bubble bath.
Okay not quite. As soon as the Little One heard the water, she forgot all about the computer. Despite the fact she whined about playing ALL her games the ENTIRE weekend we were gone. Dad said the one time he took her down to the creek, she yelled and screamed she wanted to go to the zoo. Z O O, zoo! To which Dad added, she spends way too much time on the computer - spelling words out already.
So the Little One climbs in the tub, and it doesn't take long for Go-Go to emerge from the bedroom and entered the bathroom. Our dog was outside, barked to get in, I asked Go-Go to get her, and then even the dog came into the bathroom.
Well somehow I did manage to get 5 mins of peace and quiet. The computer called to the Little One again and Go-Go went off to write the story about her and Gi-Gi. When I got out of the tub, Go-Go and the Little One climbed in. Mom toweled off and got dressed, but both girls redonned their PJs when they got out. First day home of summer break, and neither one wants to get dressed.
Ahhh... to be a kid again.
