Spring Break is over!
Yesterday was the first day back. We went camping over the weekend, and Go-Go didn't bathe, so I got her up early and got her in the shower. She was EXCITED to get back to school. She got showered, dressed, ate, and did her own hair in record time and no complaints. Then she practicall ran all the way to school. As we turned off the sidewalk onto the school grounds, an older couple behind us laughed and informed me. "Give the girl an energy pill."
Don't I know it. I laughed and said, "Tell me about it." I'm always saying I need to figure out how to bottle Go-Go's energy.
Well today is show-n-tell and the school is also having Spirit week. It's twin day. Most of the parents spent the morning trying to decipher what "twin" day meant and forgot show-n-tell. Go-Go brought in the "treasures" she collected while camping. I asked her yesterday if her teacher explained twin day, she said no. I didn't worry about it though. Go-Go's Mom is a twin, so I figured I got her covered.
And she can't wait to tell her class about camping! Unlike her mother, she didn't mind the fact we had to squat to go potty. UGH! Never again!
