Go-Go's first trail ride.
Over the long weekend, we went up North to escape the heat and see the horses. Ever since the stable workers put Go-Go on her first horse 2 years ago, she has been horse crazy. If they weren't busy, they would put her on one of the horses and lead her around the yard.
You have to be AT LEAST (happy Kat?) 6 years old to go out on the trail. Go-Go turned 6 on May 20th, and we told her when we go up to the cabin for Memorial Day weekend she could go out on the trail.
Mom didn't realize she'd be going by herself! She and two guides went off without Mom or Dad for an hour. The way she is lately I'm sure she talked their ears off the whole hour. When she returned she had a huge smile on her face, and Mom and Dad are now doomed to horse ride requests everytime we go up North I'm sure. I can't believe Dad didn't sign up to go with her, but in the end she didn't care. Go-Go is too outgoing. There is no way I would have gone off for an hour with practical strangers when I was 6.
