It's been said that we advance in the direction of our ideals(desire)--if that is so then I am saddened by what I have seen the other day in an online newspaper account of a different sort of dating website. --It has the profiles of over 4000 women who have updated their status on this website by asking for and I quote
" I am looking for a Mr Grey-in exchange to be treated wined and dined and loved liked a Ms Steel--even if it includes BDSM"
this website is a website for Sugar daddies(older rich men) looking for sugar Babies(women who want lots of things-money-clothes,trips etc)
I wondered tho after reading the article what it says about us as a society when women in their push for equality are willing to degrade themselves in exchange for " good things"
Where has the Romance gone?-The excitement about meeting a wonderful person to spend your life with? The website shows people's pictures--which makes me wonder with everyone these days with access to a computer how one's friend's family members and even neighbors must be thinking when they see the " Sugar daddy or Baby" they know in their town or city??
And the women who actually meet up with their rich
" Mr Grey"---how does she know that this great catch has even more serious issues like a criminal record? A History of Violence? Well the girls might argue:
