With all the recent media headlines of who is up and who is down-what star is making x amount of cash and who is cheating with whom and are they doing drugs or gay or a pervert one would think that other than having a good pay check the attraction to be a star these days is highly overrated. You hear of photo fiends shoving cameras into a star's face just to get a reaction or stalking out their homes or saying rude comments to get a reaction and if they push back the said idiots the idiots run to the courts and sue them for " damages "--in my day if someone pushed someone and tried to get help from the police for hitting or verbally abusing someone they would be laughed out of town or thrown in jail. If I was a star I guess I would need security and really high barbed wire gates and dogs freely roaming that bite anyone who they don't recognize.
It's too bad that some of the stars don't get together and pay people to stalk the owners and photographers at their houses and where they go to shop and then post it online somewhere--of course like adding fuel to the fire it
would probably result in a lawsuit against the stars for their " Invasion of Privacy"
I think if that was me I would prefer to live for 6 months of the year way up in the far north of the Arctic where there would be 6 months of darkness...just try and let someone from the Enquire or some Television show
try and scale my fence in the total darkness-not to mention the danger of dealing with a hungry Polar Bear..
I am not sure if a movie star or someone in the music industry is on here secretly or pays a visit here but to all the George Clooney's, Bieber,Lohan, Britney and others who have to deal with people invading your life--they may say its part of the price you pay for being a star but nobody I think would not really like to be hounded by a photo nut or saying or writing lies about you just to make money. we have loss the age of respect for people wherever they are in life and those who live a different lifestyle are fair game for criticism. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and privacy
Ever since the death of Princess Diana the media has shown what it does best--blow things out of proportion to feed the imaginations of a section of society that believes a lot of this crap and that is not news BUT that too is Reality
