Some people who think they know me

.... suggest the ocean is where I would like to be. Growing up in Nova Scotia I was always 40 miles away from it. I like the Mountains more.
A beach is nice but if I had the financial means I would have bought a huge cabin ion the woods or had one built-- well stocked and a rifle for protection against any animal that should keep it's distance or would see me as an easy lunch. In the quietness near mountains I feel my mind would ignite like jet fuel on the confines of my soul. Let others hit the beach and turn them over when they are done burning or tanned. To see the stars at night from my cabin in the woods away from civilization and to awake to the sound of a forest waking up or sunlight dancing in my bedroom.

To sit on my deck in the Morning or evening with a cup of coffee or tea--to allow old memories to walk past you and to say out loud what you hated and loved-- to allow yourself to cry about a. love that rejected you - to long for a failed friendship with someone who probably would wish I was dead

Alone with my thoughts watching the clouds drift by you can let your muse whisper to your soul and create the memories no one will ever forget and yes to write in the way you were destined to be-- a unique individual not a pale imitation of someone else and that is not news BUT that too is Reality
