I am finally on the mend after nearly three weeks of fighting an upper respiratory infection.  Steve and I went and voted in our Primary, then spent a few hours shopping.  I was fortunate to talk to Chris, the manager of our local Staples and we are going to try to get interest together for a group book signing at his store location.  It has inspired me to come home and work on my writing career!  My book launch party at the Bourbon Barrel was great and I sold quite ea few books.  I now need to go around to local businesses to see if there is any interest in placing my books there.  Next stop is Haines and Essicks for a local author book signing.  I'm so happy they support our local authors!

Spring break for my first graders.  I've been missing them!  They are so awesome with their love of life and learning!  A short break from Girl Scouts too, and soon a little break from pool league as well.  Now is a great time to get busy marketing my two other books, and writing my third novel.  That book will be called "Peaceful Water."  I am planning on making it a little edgier than my first two, but still with a Christian influence.  My main character Kathy believed in God when she was a child, but events in her childhood and adult life has her questioning His very existence!  Just a little teaser for you!  Some of the same characters you found in Bitter Water and Troubled Water will also be revisited in Peaceful Water.
