Weigh Carefully Your Decisions

being a woman, being a man, emotions, love, loyalty, survival, roles, country, leadership,
My Dad opened the car door for my mom and helped her in the car, not because she was ill or infirm but because that was how he was brought up. My Aunt noticed this and said to her husband “Why can’t you be more like Albert and open the car door for me?” his response was “If you are not able to open the car door, then you’re not able to go along with me.” I love to see good manners in men and enjoy being treated like a lady. I have never had any desire to be treated as a man. I believe in equality in the work place as far as wages go but I also think there are some jobs that men should have as they have an aptitude for them and some jobs are better suited for women. I do not mean to be a traitor to my sex but there are some places women should stay out of. Women were created to be mothers. Their instincts are to love, nurture, and protect the infant. A mother in the animal kingdom will fight to the death to protect her young; most human mothers have this same instinct and therefore are not always logical in their thinking. Men are more analytical and logical; therefore they are better leaders than women in my opinion. I think a woman will be apt to lead with her heart. Often in the work place I have seen women be jealous and catty about their fellow workers, I do not see that in men. I am not saying women are not intelligent enough to lead but when it comes to my country and the welfare of the future I think having a woman lead the country would be the finish of it. It takes a person of unusual strength to run a country, to be objective, fair, and wise, to see into the future and admit when they are wrong and make it right. To let their goals be more than gain for themselves, to have a true love for the country and its people and not let politics be the governing agenda. Sadly this is seldom the case. My husband had a saying, and I think it holds true in a family or in a country where men and women are concerned: “I’ll make the living; you make the living worth while.” A man will fight to the death to save his wife and family. He will toil and struggle to feed and provide for them, he is the leader and protector, it’s the role in life he has been given. In return he asks love and loyalty, respect and honor from his soul mate, his wife.
Be there for your husband, be there for your children, be proud of being a woman. Remember ‘Behind every successful man is a good woman.’ Be there for your country and vote for your man. Weigh the consequences of the decisions you make.
