When I mention moving my number three son just throws up his hands! No, not again Mom! he crys.....Well what are you going to do when your just not real happy with where you are? Since I have been widowed I have moved five times.
I moved from the farm to town, at the insistance of family members who thought I had no business out there alone(although I was rarely alone!), so I bought a beautiful home in town. I soon discovered I was just a country girl and city life was not for me! 
Then the farm house burned and I could not go back, or so it seemed. But because that was where my heart was, I decided to fix up the pool house and move in. After thousands spent to fix it up a pipe broke beneath the floor and water found its way inside. Now that big plan went down the drain, so to speak! A major overhaul was staring me in the face!
I missed having a yard and place for my dog to run and started looking for another place, still grieving over the loss of the farm.

 When I found this house at the end of a deadend street I thought it would be perfect. It had huge pecan trees around it, a large school ground butted up to the deadend and it gave a feeling of being in the country. The house was big and roomy and had a great yard for kids and dogs. Looked almost perfect.
In the midst of purchasing it I had a heart attack. The kids moved me while I was still in the hospital. I have boxes yet to be unpacked. Should I unpack? 
I am sure the kids would think I am nuts but I had rather live in the pool house with a leaky floor and be where my heart and thirty-three years of memories are.
