Book updates and other things! 2/21/2006 9:29:44 AM
Hello Gentle Readers!
I'm so sorry it's been so long between updates, but life has been going at warp speed and there are just not enough hours in the day. I won't be able to write a lot here today, but I can do some quick updates.
First, Check out my books page! 'THE HANGING BRIDE,' my May release from Wings ePress finally has a cover and I absolutely love it. It's fun, historical, and kinda cute. Kudos to Crissie Poe for her wonderful art work. :)
I'm about a hundred pages from finishing Ethan's book. Otherwise known as the option book for Kensington. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it sells because its really turning out fantastic. If you don't remember, Ethan was Arianna's brother in 'SPIRITED AWAY.' All I can say is that it's really, really cool.
Also, I'm waiting to hear back from the big category house on my medical romance proposal. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll spark some interest, even though it makes it hard to type. LOL!
Also, I now have two workshops lined up. For the Beau Monde Chapter I'm going to do a presentation on Historical Medicine, and for my local chapter I'm doing one called 'Something's Gotta Give,' my perspective on managing a writing career with a way busy life. (Something that I happen to be an expert on!)
On the home front, I'm still dealing with the major happenings for a family member. We had a wild weekend, including a two day hospital stay, but things have gotten back to normal, thank heavens.
Everything else around here is running pretty smoothly, so now it's time to go and write!
