I'll Blame It On Boredoom! 1/30/2014 9:37:43 AM
Just be careful where boredoom might lead you when you reach your senior years, even though its all in fun! Getting old and having to much idle time can lead you down the 'garden path' so to speak. Tired of all my hobbies I decided to venture out on a new experience! Everyday as I worked on my computer, reading e-mail and checking on my friends on Facebook, I kept getting a message from 'Zoosk' inviting me to ck out the available men on the net, Why not I thought, this could be interesting and there may be somefolks I know on there. My curiosity won out and I paid the fee to check out who may be lurking about. I got busy and filled out my profile and searched for a suitable photo to add, now that was hard! I studied my image and discovered if I was a guy looking for a gal, my photos would not fit the bill in my opinion. I looked my age! The blush of youth had faded from my sweet cheeks! Who would want to see an old woman leering at them. I finally, after much searching, posted a not to recent picture and waited to see if I had any response from the hundreds of elderly gentelman available to me. I don't know what this says about me, but I kept picking out the ones that were younger than me, so I figured the fellows were doing the same with the female lookers who make themselves available to be scanned. suddenly I had a suiter! Yikes, he was even from my hometown! That scared me! What had I done???? Posted my picture for just any Tom, Dick, or Harry to laugh at! Oh My! What a foolish old woman I was. But wait he wasn't bad looking, and the city is fairly large, we would never meet! It might be fun to chat! Then up pops another, but this one obviously has the wrong age group, he is twenty plus years younger, I deleted him. He came back, begging to be my friend. This guy is nuts, he must be looking for a sugar Mama. He surely would know someone my age is not ready for a romp in the park, or would he know, after all I put myself out there! I think I better get out of this as quickly as possible! Hope nobody finds me in here and Hey, don't tell my kids what I did!!!! This is just our secret, okay?
